Mindfulness Yoga For School Age Kids Hold your arms back by your legs or up above your torso. pig pose: lay on your back and bend your knees into your chest. reach between your knees for your feet or ankles and press your feet up while keeping your knees close to your armpits. rock side to side like a pig rolling in the mud.
