Start by cutting the top layer of the card to make the mechanism. you cut around three sides of the paper. make three score lines on the inside cut piece to allow it to fold while opening the tab. attach smaller paper to the mechanism aligning it with bottom cut. attach other card to cover back side. add an embellishment to front of pop up card.
